GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS
ART CLASSES ISA DOR

My courses are designed for beginners as well as for those who practice or have practiced mixed media or acrylic painting at an intermediate level. Whatever your level, you will leave the course having made a work you will be proud of!
In order for each course to take place in the best possible conditions, I ask you to read the following principles that act as general terms and conditions.

1. Registrations for classes in my studio

Registrations to Isa Dor painting courses are subject to the following conditions:

  • all registrations depend on the number of seats available in the course in question
  • registrations are made on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
  • registrations are confirmed once the full payment has been made.

2. Material

For classes in my studio:

  • all necessary material for the course is provided with the exception of an apron (preferably long-sleeved) which you will need to bring with you.
  • however, for mixed media courses, each participant will first have to procure an art journal according to the specifications given in the course description.
  • tea, water and snacks are available.

For online courses:

  • Payment is made by bank transfer to the bank account BE74377035043107 in the name of Isabelle Saussez, with in communication your first name, name and type of course and/or the date of the course you have chosen.

In the event that I have to cancel a one-day or half-day course, a multi-week training or a module of that training, for whatever reason, I will refund the amount of the course, training or cancelled module. This does not apply to subscription courses.

5. Safety and protection of participants' clothing and belongings

Painting and mixed techniques are by definition messy! Without protection, clothing or personal belongings may be covered with paint stains. And acrylic paint is indelible!
So I strongly recommend you wear a long-sleeved apron or old clothes during class.
During classes in my studio, you will be able to place your belongings away from the work tables.
I take no responsibility for any damage to or theft of your clothing or personal belongings.

6. Fluid Art: Picking up of canvases

For classes in my studio:

At the end of fluid art classes, the canvases you have made will not be dry yet. You will have the opportunity to pick them up within a month of the course or the last training module, based on appointment. After this time, I will unfortunately not be able to keep them, for lack of space.

7. Pictures

For classes in my studio:

I will take pictures throughout the course, both of the progress of the work and of the participants. You obviously retain the right not to be photographed, in this case, tell me at the beginning of the course. These photos can be used for marketing purposes, such as in mailings, websites, social networks, flyers and others.

8. Acceptance

Paying the amount of your subscription, course, training or workshop implies acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
